Specifications incorporating sustainability elements and systems, including certification criteria, have been part of our work since well before our firm’s inception.

Kelly became a LEED AP in 2003 and has provided documentation services for several successful certified projects including St. John Ambulance in Edmonton, the Water Centre in Calgary, and the Boreal Centre for Bird Conservation in Slave Lake.  In addition, we have provided specifications for a multitude of buildings that went on to receive certification.
